About the employers
Eleven city sixth forms each staged one of the heats and students competed in two of the challenges provided by local employers
Each challenge was designed to test the sort of skills these employers require. Some skills are specific to each company, but most will be the skills that any employer looks for - skills like teamwork, initiative, communication, leadership, coaching, presentation, problem-solving analysis and attention to detail.
